Common use of Subscriber’s Costs Clause in Contracts

Subscriber’s Costs. The Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that all costs incurred by the Subscriber (including any fees and disbursements of any counsel retained by the Subscriber) relating to the sale of the Units to the Subscriber will be borne by the Subscriber.

Subscriber’s Costs.
