Common use of Subscriber’s obligations on termination by Subscriber Clause in Contracts

Subscriber’s obligations on termination by Subscriber. If notice is given to XXXX pursuant to paragraph 16.3 of this Participation Agreement by the Subscriber, the Subscriber must, either: (a) do everything reasonably necessary to complete any Outstanding Conveyancing Transactions; or (b) withdraw from any Outstanding Conveyancing Transactions, and do anything else in connection with the ELN which they could reasonably be expected to do in order to minimise inconvenience to any other person.
