Subscription Changes. Additional Users (in groups of five (5)) may be added to a Subscription at any time and will be invoiced upon receipt of the request, pro-rated based on the number of months before the next annual Subscription Services Fee is due.
Subscription Changes. Licensor may increase or decrease the fee(s) for all or any portion of the Software or Services acquired on a subscription basis. Any such changes shall become effective at the expiration of the current subscription terms. If the Licensee does not wish to pay the adjusted fees, they may select to terminate the subscription at the expiration of their current subscription terms.
Subscription Changes. Ashtbit may from time to time either increase or decrease the fee(s) for all or any portion of the Software or Services purchased on a Subscription basis. Any such adjustment shall become effective at the expiration of the current Term. If you do not wish to pay the adjusted fees, you may elect to terminate the Software or Service at the expiration of the current Term. If you add Subscription Software or Services in the middle of a billing period, you will be charged on a pro-rated basis for the additional Subscription Software or Services and such additions will be coterminous with the then current Term.
Subscription Changes. Any changes to a current Valant Subscription are subject to the mutual written agreement of the Parties. To the extent the Parties agree to such changes, they will, as applicable, be reflected on a separate Valant System Service Order Form.
