Common use of Subscription Commitment Clause in Contracts

Subscription Commitment. The Subscriber hereby subscribes for the purchase of ____ Units at a purchase price of $________ as full payment therefor. The purchase price shall be paid to the Company by cashier’s check made payable to the Company or by wire transfer to the account of the Company.
