Common use of Subscription Contract and Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Subscription Contract and Acceptance. 2.1 Subscription Contract. These terms of service, as amended/modified from time to time, the CAF, the Privacy Policy and/or the offers and conditions on the Company Website, shall collectively be referred to as, the ‘Contract/ Subscription Contract’. By executing the CAF and/or by using the Services and/or by using any of the services or products provided by the Company in connection with the Services, the Subscriber signifies that he/she has read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions mentioned in the Contract.
