Common use of Subscription License Clause in Contracts

Subscription License. 2.1 Subject to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, Tribia grants the Customer a non- exclusive, non- transferable and non-assignable, limited subscription license to access and use the Services.‌ 2.2 The license granted in clause 2.1 is in all cases solely granted (a) within the scope of and subject to the terms set out in the Customer Agreement, (b) for the specific number of Permitted Users, project areas and/or project rooms if any, as set out in the Customer Agreement, (c) for internal business purposes only, and (d) during the term of the Agreement. 2.3 The Services may only be used by users that are approved by the Customer ("Permitted Users") and always provided that the Customer assumes full liability for their use of the Services.
