Common use of Subscription Receiptholder not a Shareholder Clause in Contracts

Subscription Receiptholder not a Shareholder. Nothing in this Agreement or in the holding of a Subscription Receipt or otherwise shall be construed as conferring on any Subscription Receiptholder any right or interest whatsoever as a shareholder of the Corporation, including but not limited to any right to vote at, to receive notice of, or to attend, any meeting of shareholders or any other proceeding of the Corporation or any right to receive any dividend or other distribution in respect of the Common Shares.

Subscription Receiptholder not a Shareholder. Nothing in this Agreement or in the holding of a Subscription Receipt evidenced by a Subscription Receipt Certificate or otherwise shall be construed as conferring on any upon a Subscription Receiptholder any right or interest whatsoever as a shareholder of the Corporationshareholder, including but not limited to any the right to vote at, to receive notice of, or to attend, any meeting attend meetings of shareholders or any other proceeding proceedings of the Corporation or any right to receive any dividend or other distribution in respect of the Common SharesCorporation.
