Subscription to the Service. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Conga hereby grants to You a non-sublicensable, non- transferable, non-exclusive subscription for Your use of the Service by the number of Users (and/or up to the volume of Service Events) as specified in an associated Order Form, in accordance with the Documentation and solely for Your internal business purposes. User subscriptions are for designated Users and cannot be shared or used by more than one User but may be reassigned to new Users replacing former users who no longer require ongoing use of the Service. Conga and its licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted to You in this Agreement. You may allow Your Affiliates access and use of the Service. You are solely liable and responsible for Your Affiliates’ access and use of the Service and compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Subscription to the Service. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Conga hereby grants to Customer a non- sublicensable, non-transferable (except as provided in this Agreement), non-exclusive subscription license for Customer’s use of the Service by the quantity of subscription Users (and/or up to the volume of Service Events or SMS Events) as specified in an associated Order Form or invoice, in accordance with the Documentation and solely for Customer’s internal business purposes. User subscription licenses are for designated Users and cannot be shared or used by more than one User but may be reassigned to new Users replacing former Users who no longer require ongoing use of the Service. Conga and its Affiliates reserve all rights not expressly granted to Customer in this Agreement. Customer may allow Customer’s Affiliates to access and use the Service. Customer is solely liable and responsible for Customer’s Affiliate access and use of the Service and compliance with this Agreement.
Subscription to the Service. Lender hereby subscribes to the Service, and DealerTrack agrees to provide the Service to Lender and Lender Affiliates for the term of this Agreement, for use by Lender and Lender Affiliates in the United States in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. As a prerequisite for Lender and Lender Affiliates to use the Service, DealerTrack and Lender must develop and implement the Interface in accordance with Section 3 below, and maintain the Interface in accordance with Section 4 below. In addition to the responsibilities of the parties set forth in Section 4 below relating to maintenance and modification of the Interface, the responsibilities of each party with respect to ongoing operation and use of the Service are set forth in Sections 5 and 6 below.
Subscription to the Service. DealerTrack hereby grants to CMSI, a limited, non-transferable subscription to the Service in order to facilitate the transfer of Data through the Interface from Shared Financial Institutions to the DealerTrack System and vice-versa, and DealerTrack agrees to provide the Service to CMSI for the term of this Agreement, for use by CMSI in the United States, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. As a prerequisite for CMSI to use the Service, DealerTrack and CMSI developed and implemented the Interface in accordance with Section 3 below, maintain the Interface in accordance with Section 4 below and exercise their respective rights and obligations hereunder in accordance with the responsibilities of each party with respect to the ongoing operation and use of the Service as set forth in Sections 5 and 6 below, and otherwise according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Subscription to the Service. Customer hereby subscribes to and agrees to pay for access to the Service upon the terms set forth herein. The Service shall include the features and restrictions (in addition to the restrictions set forth herein) set forth on Schedule D. ***

Place Technology reserves all rights not expressly granted to You in this Agreement.
Subscription to the Service. Customer may subscribe for the use of the Service by clicking on the “Agree” Button below.
Subscription to the Service. Customer has issued the Customer Purchase Order No. identified above (“Initial Purchase Order”) for the use of the Service. This Agreement constitutes Customer’s subscription to use, and grants to Customer the right to use, the Service for the number of the Service student licenses, and for the period or term, specified in the Initial Purchase Order and in any subsequent purchase orders expressly made subject to this Agreement by reference to the Use Agreement No. set forth above (“Subsequent Purchase Orders”). The term of this Agreement (“Term”) commences on the beginning of the first academic or school year, or other relevant period, set forth in the Initial Purchase Order and will expire at the end of the latest academic or school year (or other relevant period) set forth in the Initial Purchase Order and any Subsequent Purchase Orders, unless earlier terminated as provided in this Agreement.
Subscription to the Service. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, World's Away Inc. hereby grants to you unlimited access of provided goods and services for the duration of your commitment to being extremely cool about it.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Kudoz hereby grants to Customer a non- sublicensable, non-transferable (except as provided in this Agreement), non-exclusive subscription license for Customer’s use of the Service by the quantity of subscription Users or a site-wide license with unlimited users as specified in the AppExchange Checkout Form, in accordance with the Documentation and solely for Customer’s internal business purposes. User subscription licenses are for designated Users and cannot be shared or used by more than one User but may be reassigned to new Users replacing former Users who no longer require ongoing use of the Service. A site-wide license can be assigned to the Customer Salesforce organization for all users added to the Service. Kudoz and its Affiliates reserve all rights not expressly granted to Customer in this Agreement. Customer may allow Customer’s Affiliates to access and use the Service. Customer is solely liable and responsible for Customer’s Affiliate access and use of the Service and compliance with this Agreement.
