Common use of Subscription Xxxxxxxxx Clause in Contracts

Subscription Xxxxxxxxx. Xx cases where AT&T performs subscription functions for an IXC (i.e., PIC and LPIC changes via Customer Account RecoErdxchange (CARE)), AT&wTill inall possible instances provide the affected IXCs with the OCN of the local provider for the purpose of obtaining customer billni g account and other customer informatiornequired under subscription requirements. 3.4.1 When Snap Telecommunications’s customer, served by resale, changes its PIC or LPIC, and per AT&T’s FCC or state tariff the interexchange carrier elects to charge the customer the PIC or LPIC change charge, AT&Twill bill the PICor LPICchange charge to Snap Telecommunications, which has the billing relationship withthat customer, and Snap Telecommunications may pass such charge to the customer.
