Subscriptions by Affiliates. Customer Affiliates and Kong may elect to mutually execute Order Forms pursuant to this Agreement. If so, the Affiliate will be deemed a “Customer” under this Agreement, and any references to “Customer” will be deemed to refer to the Affiliate for the purposes of the Order Form, and the Affiliate will be bound by the terms of this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, pricing terms and conditions agreed between Kong and Customer in this Agreement or an accepted Order Form will not apply to an Order Form between Kong and a Customer Affiliate, unless specifically agreed.
