ADDITIONAL USER SUBSCRIPTIONS. 3.1. Subject to clause 3.2 and clause 3.3, the Customer may, from time to time during any Subscription Term, purchase additional User Subscriptions in excess of the number set out in Schedule 1 and the Supplier shall grant access to the Services and the Service Definition Document to such additional Authorised Users in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
3.2. If the Customer wishes to purchase additional User Subscriptions, the Customer shall notify the Supplier in writing. The Supplier shall evaluate such request for additional User Subscriptions and respond to the Customer with approval or rejection of the request (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld). Where the Supplier approves the request, the Supplier shall activate the additional User Subscriptions within [NUMBER] days of its approval of the Customer’s request.
3.3. If the Supplier approves the Customer's request to purchase additional User Subscriptions, the Customer shall, within thirty (30) days of the date of the Supplier's invoice, pay to the Supplier the relevant fees for such additional User Subscriptions as set out in Schedule 1 and, if such additional User Subscriptions are purchased by the Customer part way through the Initial Subscription Term or any Renewal Period (as applicable), such fees shall be pro-rated from the date of activation by the Supplier for the remainder of the Initial Subscription Term or then current Renewal Period (as applicable).

3.2 If the Customer wishes to purchase additional User Subscriptions, the Customer shall notify the Supplier. Upon approval the Supplier shall activate the additional User Subscriptions within 14 days of the Customer‘s request.
3.3 If the Supplier approves the Customer‘s request to purchase additional User Subscriptions, the Customer shall, within 30 days of the date of the Supplier‘s invoice, pay to the Supplier the relevant fees for such additional User Subscriptions as set out in paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 and, if such additional User Subscriptions are purchased by the Customer part way through the Subscription Term such fees shall be pro-rated from the date of activation by the Supplier for the remainder of the Subscription Term.
ADDITIONAL USER SUBSCRIPTIONS. 7.1. If the Customer organisation wishes to purchase additional User Subscriptions, the customer shall notify the Contractor as soon as possible.
7.2. Upon agreement to supply additional user subscriptions the customer will pay the additional invoice within 30 days of receipt to ensure that the extra user licences can be activated.

3.2. The Supplier shall evaluate such request for additional User Subscriptions and respond to the Customer with approval or rejection of the request (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld). Where the Supplier approves the request, the Supplier shall activate the additional User Subscriptions within 10 days of its approval of the Customer's request.
3.3. If the Supplier approves the Customer's request to purchase additional User Subscriptions, the Customer shall, within 30 days of the date of the Supplier's invoice, pay to the Supplier the relevant fees for such additional User Subscriptions as set out in paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 and, if such additional User Subscriptions are purchased by the Customer part way through the Initial Subscription Term or any Renewal Period (as applicable), such fees shall be pro-rated from the date of activation by the Supplier for the remainder of the Initial Subscription Term or then current Renewal Period (as applicable).
ADDITIONAL USER SUBSCRIPTIONS. 3.1 Subject to clause 3.2 and clause 3.3, you may, from time to time during any Subscription Term, purchase Additional Users in excess of the number of Active Users set out in the Order Form and we shall grant access to the Services to such Additional Users in accordance with the provisions of this Licence, as if they were Active Users.
3.2 If you wish to purchase Additional Users, you shall notify us in writing. We shall evaluate such request for Additional Users and respond to you with approval or rejection of the request (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld).
3.3 If we approve your request to purchase Additional Users, you shall, within 30 days of the date of our invoice, pay to us the relevant fees for such Additional Users as set out in the Order Form and, if such Additional Users are purchased by you part way through the Initial Subscription Term or any Renewal Period (as applicable), such fees shall be pro-rated for the remainder of the Initial Subscription Term or then current Renewal Period (as applicable).

3.2 If the Customer wishes to purchase additional User Subscriptions, the Customer shall notify Technology Forge in writing. Technology Forge shall evaluate such request for additional User Subscriptions and respond to the Customer with approval or rejection of the request (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld).
3.3 If Technology Forge approves the Customer’s request to purchase additional User Subscriptions, the Customer shall, within 30 (thirty) days of the date of Technology Forge’s invoice, pay to Technology Forge the relevant fees for such additional User Subscriptions as set out in paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 and, if such additional User Subscriptions are purchased by the Customer part way through the Initial Subscription Term or any Renewal Period (as applicable), such fees shall be pro-rated for the remainder of the Initial Subscription Term or then current Renewal Period (as applicable).
ADDITIONAL USER SUBSCRIPTIONS. Customer may, from time to time during any Subscription Term, purchase additional User Subscriptions in excess of the number set out in the Order Form for the additional fees set out in the Order Form and Beekeeper shall grant access to the Services to such additional Authorized Users in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
ADDITIONAL USER SUBSCRIPTIONS. 4.1 The Customer may, from time to time during the Subscription Term and with the consent of iplicit, purchase additional User Subscriptions in excess of the number of users set out in 0 at the then prevailing fees set by iplicit in accordance with clause 10.5 and iplicit shall promptly grant access to the Services to such additional Authorised Users in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
4.2 If such additional User Subscriptions are purchased by the Customer, such fees shall be pro-rated for the remainder of the Subscription Term.
ADDITIONAL USER SUBSCRIPTIONS. 3.1 Subject to clause 3.2 and clause 3.3, the Customer may, from time to time during any Subscription Term, purchase additional User Subscriptions for the per user subscription fees set put in Schedule 2 and AH shall grant access to the Services and the Documentation to such accepted additional Authorised Users in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
3.2 If the Customer wishes to purchase additional User Subscriptions, the Customer shall notify AH in writing. AH shall evaluate such request for additional User Subscriptions and respond to the Customer with approval or rejection of the request. Where AH approves the request, AH shall activate the additional User Subscriptions within fourteen (14) days of its approval of the Customer's request.
3.3 If AH approves the Customer's request to purchase additional User Subscriptions, the Customer shall, within thirty (30) days of the date of AH's invoice, pay to AH the relevant fees for such additional User Subscriptions and if such additional User Subscriptions are purchased by the Customer part way through the Initial Subscription Term or any Renewal Period (as applicable), such fees shall be pro- rated from the date of activation by AH for the remainder of the Initial Subscription Term or then current Renewal Period (as applicable).

Subject to clause 5.2 and clause 5.3, the Customer may, from time to time during any Subscription Term, purchase additional User Subscriptions in excess of the number set out in the Commercial Terms and Plotbox shall grant access to the Services and the Documentation to such additional Authorised Users in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement.
5.2. If the Customer wishes to purchase additional User Subscriptions, the Customer shall notify Plotbox in writing. Plotbox shall evaluate such request for additional User Subscriptions and respond to the Customer with approval or rejection of the request (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld).
5.3. If Plotbox approves the Customer’s request to purchase additional User Subscriptions, the Customer shall, within 30 days of the date of Plotbox’s invoice, pay to Plotbox the relevant fees for such additional User Subscriptions (based on Plotbox’s then prevailing rates at the point at which such request is made) and, if such additional User Subscriptions are purchased by the Customer part way through the Initial Subscription Term or any Renewal Period (as applicable), such fees shall be pro-rated for the remainder of the Initial Subscription Term or then current Renewal Period (as applicable).
