Subsequent Actions. Upon acquisition by the Trustee, the Servicer shall promptly notify the Master Servicer and, if applicable, the respective Primary Mortgage Insurer and/or the respective Pool Insurer, indicating the details of the transaction and reasons for the conveyance and providing such other information as is required under a Primary Inspection Report to the Master Servicer and, if applicable, to the Primary Mortgage Insurer and/or the Pool Insurer. Title shall be conveyed directly from the Borrower to the Trustee or to such other Person designated by the Master Servicer.
