Subsequent Change in Law. If there is a change in federal, state, or local law that provides for a new or alternative form of authorization, subsequent to the Effective Date, for a VSP or CSP utilizing the Streets to provide Video Services or Cable Services to Subscribers in the Franchise Area, or that otherwise changes the nature or extent of the obligations that the Franchising Authority may request from or impose on a VSP or CSP providing Video Services or Cable Services to Subscribers in the Franchise Area, the Franchising Authority agrees that, notwithstanding any other provision of law, upon the written request and at the option of the Company, the Franchising Authority shall:
