Fees and Charges to Customers. 5.1. All rates, fees, charges, deposits and associated terms and conditions to be imposed by the Grantee or any affiliated Person for any Cable Service as of the Effective Date shall be in accordance with applicable FCC rate regulations. Before any new or modified rate, fee, or charge is imposed, the Grantee shall follow the applicable FCC notice requirements and rules and notify affected Customers, which notice may be by any means permitted under applicable law.

Franchisee shall provide thirty (30) days’ notice before any new or modified rate, fee, or charge is imposed. The Franchisee shall follow the applicable FCC notice requirements and rules and notify affected Customers, which notice may be by any means permitted under applicable federal or state law.
