Subsequent Conveyance Documentation & Reconciliations. (a) The Seller shall, at any time and from time to time after the Closing Date, upon the request of the Buyer, execute, acknowledge and deliver, or cause to be executed, acknowledged and delivered, all such further authorizations, deeds, assignments, consents, transfers, conveyances and related documentation as may be reasonably required for the better assigning, transferring, granting, conveying and confirming to the Buyer or its successors and assigns, or for aiding and assisting in collecting and reducing to possession, any or all of the Purchased Property; including any documentation reasonably required to collect for the account of the Buyer all Accounts Receivable and any other item of Purchased Property. The Seller agrees to hold in trust for the account of the Buyer all Accounts Receivable and any other items of Purchased Property received by Seller on or after the Closing Date and further agree to promptly deliver such items of Purchased Property to the Buyer.
