Common use of Subsequent Development Approvals Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Development Approvals. This Agreement shall not prevent COUNTY, in acting on Subsequent Development Approvals, from applying Subsequent Land Use Regulations which do not conflict with the Development Plan, nor shall this Agreement prevent COUNTY from denying or conditionally approving any Subsequent Development Approval on the basis of the Existing Land Use Regulations or any Subsequent Land Use Regulation not in conflict with the Development Plan.

Subsequent Development Approvals. This Agreement shall not prevent COUNTYCITY, in acting on Subsequent Development Approvalssubsequent development approvals and to the same extent it would otherwise be authorized to do so absent this Agreement, from applying Subsequent subsequently adopted or amended Land Use Regulations which that do not materially conflict with the Development Plan, nor shall this Agreement prevent COUNTY from denying or conditionally approving any Subsequent Development Approval and do not impose increased costs on the basis of the Existing Land Use Regulations or any Subsequent Land Use Regulation not in conflict with the Development PlanOWNER.
