Reservations of Authority. Any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, the Development of the Property shall be subject to subsequently adopted ordinances, resolutions (“Subsequent Land Use Regulations” or sometimes referred to as “Reservation of Authority”) on the following topics:
Reservations of Authority. Since acceptance by an employee of a position as an officer or director of an outside business concern may entail important legal and business risks to the Company and the individual involved, it is desirable that employees refrain from accepting such positions except where the propriety of their participation has been clearly established. OUTSIDE BUSINESS IN WHICH POSITION AS OFFICER OR DIRECTOR WILL BE HELD o Corporations or other business organizations in which service of a Company employee as an officer or director could reasonably be interpreted by others as representation of Trans-Century Resources, Inc. or could entail legal or other risks for the company: Requires approval by the Board of Directors. o Small local or family businesses in which service of a Company employee could not reasonably be interpreted by others as representation of Trans-Century Resources, Inc. or does not entail legal or other risks to the Company: Requires approval by cognizant company officer or manager reporting to an officer with the limitation that the approval authority must be one over one. The individual approving the acceptance of a position as an officer or director of an outside business concern should consider the desirability or necessity of periodic reviews to determine whether continuance of the approval is appropriate.
Reservations of Authority. Notwithstanding any other provision set forth in this Agreement to the contrary, the laws, rules, regulations, and official policies set forth in this Section 4.3 shall apply to and govern the Development of the Project on and with respect to the Property.
Reservations of Authority. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, and notwithstanding the provisions of Section 3.2, at the time Subsequent Approvals are applied for, the following regulations and provisions shall apply to those Subsequent Approvals:

Reservations of Authority. The Parties acknowledge and agree that City is restricted in its authority to limit its police power by contract. This Agreement shall be construed to reserve to City all such power and authority which cannot be restricted by contract. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, the following regulations and provisions shall apply to the development of the Project:
Reservations of Authority. The reservation of authority under Section 13.1 (Federal Power Act) of this Agreement is not intended to limit the right of any Party to seek redress with FERC with respect to an issue related to the implementation or enforcement of this Agreement.
Reservations of Authority. 2.4.1 The parties acknowledge and agree that City is restricted in its authority to limit its police power by contract and that the limitations, reservations and exceptions contained in this Agreement are intended to reserve to City all of its police power which cannot be so limited. This Agreement shall be construed to reserve to City all such power and authority which cannot be restricted by contract. Notwithstanding the foregoing reservation of City, it is the intent of City and Developer that this Agreement shall be construed to provide Developer with the maximum rights affordable by law, including but not limited to, the Development Agreement Statute and the Subdivision Map Act, except as expressly provided elsewhere in this Agreement.
Reservations of Authority. The chapters of the Department functional statement specify authorities which the Secretary expressly reserves. In addition the Secretary reserves the following authorities, unless he/ she modifies the reservation by specific delegations of authority:
