Common use of Subsequent Filings Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Filings. The Company shall prepare and file such additional registration statements as necessary and use its reasonable best efforts to cause such registration statements to be declared effective by the Commission so that a Shelf Registration Statement remains continuously effective, subject to Section 2.14, with respect to resales of all Registrable Securities as and for the periods required under Section 2.4(a) (such subsequent registration statements to constitute a Shelf Registration Statement).
