SUBSEQUENT FORMS. The terms and conditions contained in this Contract shall supersede any and all subsequent terms and conditions which may appear on any form documents submitted by Vendor to the Agency or Purchasing Division such as price lists, order forms, invoices, sales agreements, or maintenance agreements, and includes internet websites or other electronic documents. Acceptance or use of Vendor’s forms does not constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions contained thereon.

  • Preferred Pricing Affidavit It is the responsibility of the Contractor to provide a completed Preferred Pricing Affidavit upon Contract execution and annually thereafter throughout the Contract term in accordance with the Special Contract Conditions.

  • Certificate of Completion The Interconnection Customer shall provide the EDC with a completed copy of the Interconnection Agreement Certificate of Completion, including evidence of the electrical inspection performed by the local authority having jurisdiction. The evidence of completion of the electrical inspection may be provided on inspection forms used by local inspecting authorities. The Interconnection request shall not be finally approved until the EDC’s representative signs the Interconnection Agreement Certificate of Completion.
