Subsequent Terms. Membership terms shall automatically renew year to year, on the same terms and conditions as the prior term, unless the member notifies the Association in writing 90 days prior to June 30.

Subsequent Terms. 2.2.1 At the end of the term of this Agreement, we will offer you the opportunity to sign a new franchise agreement for our then-current subsequent term if we still offer franchises for the Franchised Business and you meet the other criteria contained in paragraph 10 of this Agreement, and follow the renewal procedures therein.
Subsequent Terms. Following expiration of the Initial Term, this Agreement shall continue in effect until either party terminates it as provided below. The Initial Term and any subsequent terms are referred to herein as the "Term."

Subsequent Terms. This Group Agreement will automatically renew for subsequent twelve month renewal terms (each a “Subsequent Term”) on each anniversary of the Effective Date unless sooner terminated prior to the commencement of the Subsequent Term, pursuant to Section 5.

No change in terms and conditions shall be permitted during these extensions unless specifically set forth in this Contract.

Members shall serve for their respective terms in effect at the time of execution of this agreement and until successors are appointed, provided that if, after such appointment, the appointee changes his/her residence to a location outside the municipality which appointed him/her, the term shall immediately expire and a successor shall be appointed.
