Subsequent Terms. Membership terms shall automatically renew year to year, on the same terms and conditions as the prior term, unless the member notifies the Association in writing 90 days prior to June 30.

Subsequent Terms. 2.2.1 At the end of the term of this Agreement, we will offer you the opportunity to sign a new franchise agreement for our then-current subsequent term if we still offer franchises for the Franchised Business and you meet the other criteria contained in paragraph 10 of this Agreement, and follow the renewal procedures therein.
2.2.2 If the law in your state requires us to give you notice of a decision not to permit you to sign a new franchise agreement for our then-current term, or you have not signed a new franchise agreement before the expiration date but you continue to operate the Franchised Business thereafter, this Agreement shall remain in effect beyond its term, but only on a month to month basis until we either give you the required notice, you execute our then-current franchise agreement, or this Agreement is terminated.
Subsequent Terms. Following expiration of the Initial Term, this Agreement shall continue in effect until either party terminates it as provided below. The Initial Term and any subsequent terms are referred to herein as the "Term."

Subsequent Terms. The Agreement shall be renewed automatically for one-year terms on the March 1st anniversary date as set forth above unless COMPANY provides written notice to REPRESENTATIVE that the Agreement will not be renewed 30-days prior to the anniversary date.
Subsequent Terms. After the initial Term, this Agreement may be renewed for one year Terms if both Parties mutually agree to do so in writing prior to the expiration of the current Term.
Subsequent Terms. Employee’s primary responsibility includes assisting the EngageSmart CEO with vision, strategy, execution, culture, and innovation across all EngageSmart solutions. Employee shall participate as reasonably requested by the Company with M&A activities. In addition, Employee shall schedule regular status meetings with EngageSmart CEO, at least on a weekly basis, to determine any changes, additions, and or deletions to Employee’s list of responsibilities.
Subsequent Terms. The term of said maintenance and support Services may be extended by additional periods: PROVIDED, Each extension shall be at the option of the Purchaser. Purchaser shall notify Vendor 30 days prior to termination of maintenance and support services. Purchaser shall be given a prompt refund of unused months of service. No change in terms and conditions shall be permitted during these extensions unless specifically set forth in this Contract.
Subsequent Terms. This Group Agreement may be renewed for subsequent twelve month renewal terms (each a “Subsequent Term”) at the end of the Initial Term by mutual written agreement of the Parties, unless sooner terminated prior to the commencement of the Subsequent Term, pursuant to Section 6.
