Common use of Subsequent Joinder by Municipalities Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Joinder by Municipalities. After the Effective Date, any eligible municipality that is not already a Party may become a Party by agreeing to this Agreement (as may subsequently be amended), the Master Plan, and any additional terms and conditions established by the Authority, including, without limitation, payment of all amounts as may be required by the Governing Board.
