Subsequent Receivables in Force. No Subsequent Receivable has been satisfied, subordinated or rescinded, nor has any Financed Vehicle been released from the lien granted by the related Subsequent Receivable in whole or in part. No provisions of any Subsequent Receivable have been waived, altered, amended or modified in any respect since its origination, except by instruments or documents identified in the related Legal File on the Subsequent Transfer Date.
