Subsequent Registration Rights. The Company may grant registration rights in the future, provided they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, and provided further that the Company shall not enter into any agreement with any holder or prospective holder of any securities of the Company that would provide to such holder the right to include such holder’s securities of the Company in any registration statement (other than a shelf registration statement) or underwritten offering demanded by the Holders pursuant to this Agreement.
