Addition of Members. Each additional Member shall become a signatory hereto by signing the Governing Member Joinder Agreement and such other instruments as the Board may determine. By so signing, each additional Member, as the case may be, shall be deemed to have adopted and to have agreed to be bound by all of the provisions of this Agreement.

Addition of Members. Subject to Section 3.6 and Section 10.2 hereof, the Board of Managers, with the consent of a Majority in Interest of Members, shall have the right to amend this Agreement and cause the Company to issue additional Units and to admit additional Members upon the acquisition of such Units upon such terms and conditions, at such time or times, and for such Capital Contributions as shall be determined by the Board of Managers. In connection with Transfers permitted under this Agreement or the admission of an additional Member, the Board of Managers shall amend SCHEDULE I hereof to reflect the name and address of the additional Member. Prior to the admission of any Person as a Member, such Person shall execute a counterpart to this Agreement and the Members' Agreement and shall agree to be bound by the terms hereof and thereof.
