Subsequent Years of AGREEMENT. The FRPP Fee for COMMODITY distributed to recipients eligible under the PROGRAM in subsequent years of this AGREEMENT shall be determined by PDA. PDA shall advise the COUNTY in writing of any change in the FRPP Fee and the effective date of the new FRPP Fee.
