(a) In those cases where a Subservicer is servicing a Mortgage Loan pursuant to a Subservicing Agreement, the Master Servicer shall cause the Subservicer, pursuant to the Subservicing Agreement, to establish and maintain one or more Subservicing Accounts which shall be an Eligible Account or, if such account is not an Eligible Account, shall generally satisfy the requirements of the Program Guide and be otherwise acceptable to the Master Servicer and each Rating Agency.
