Common use of Subsidiary Board of Managers or Board of Directors Clause in Contracts

Subsidiary Board of Managers or Board of Directors. The Company shall at all times, unless otherwise determined by the Board, cause the board of managers or board of directors of each of the Company’s Subsidiaries to be comprised of the same persons who are then Managers of the Board pursuant to Section 5.2(a) above.

The Company LLC shall at all times, unless otherwise determined by the BoardBoard in its sole discretion, cause the board of managers or board of directors of each of the CompanyLLC’s Subsidiaries to be comprised of the same persons who are then Managers of the Board pursuant to Section 5.2(a) above.
