Subsidiary Bodies. The Institute may establish such centres, offices or laboratories, in locations within and outside the Republic of Korea as may be decided by the Board of Trustees (hereinafter referred to as the “Board”) as being necessary for effective conduct of its programmes and the achievement of its objectives.
