Common use of Subsidiary Bodies Clause in Contracts

Subsidiary Bodies. As provided for in Article (X.l)(n), the Governing Council may establish, as required, ad hoc or permanent bodies constituted by individuals chosen on the basis of their expertise in plant protection to advise the Executive Committee on specific technical matters. As provided for in Article (XIII.6)(e), the Executive Committee may establish specialized working groups in order to meet particular situations.
