Common use of Subsisting Obligations Clause in Contracts

Subsisting Obligations. Termination or expiration of this Agreement shall not relieve the parties of any obligation arising prior to the effective date of such termination or expiration and shall not constitute a waiver of any right of the parties under this Agreement as a result of breach or default.
