Substantial Completion and Final Completion. 5.2.1 Substantial Completion of the entire Work shall be achieved no later than (DATE) (“Scheduled Substantial Completion Date”) unless otherwise stated in the GMP Exhibit. 5.2.2 Interim milestones and/or Substantial Completion of identified portions of the Work (“Scheduled Interim Milestone Dates”) shall be achieved as follows unless otherwise stated in the GMP Exhibit: 5.2.3 For a minimum of ninety (90) calendar days after Substantial Completion or until Final Completion is achieved, whichever is later, provide adequate qualified on-site staff that is authorized to act on behalf of the Design-Builder to coordinate and insure that any outstanding work items, Punch Lists, testing and commissioning are completed, at no additional cost to the Owner. 5.2.4 Final Completion of the Work or identified portions of the Work shall be achieved as expeditiously as reasonably practicable and within 45 Working days of Substantial Completion, unless otherwise agreed by the PMT. Final Completion is the date when all Work is complete pursuant to the definition of Final Completion set forth in Section 6.5 of the General Conditions. 5.2.5 All of the dates set forth in this Article 5 (collectively the “Contract Time(s)”) shall be subject to adjustment in accordance with the General Conditions.
