When the Contractor considers the entire Work or part thereof Substantially Complete, it shall notify the ODR in writing that the Work will be ready for Substantial Completion Inspection on Prior to requesting a specific date. The Contractor shall include with this notice the Contractor’s Punchlist to indicate that it has previously inspected all the Work associated with the request for substantial completion inspection, has corrected items where possible, and includes all items scheduled for completion or correction prior to final inspection. 12.1.1.2 On the date requested by Contractor, or as mutually agreed upon pending the status of the open items listProject may be substantially complete, the A/EE shall promptly organize and perform a Substantial Completion inspection in the presence of the Owner and all appropriate authorities.
(1) If the A/E reasonably determines that the initial punch list prepared by the Contractor substantially understates the amount of the Work remaining to be completed and the Project is not substantially complete, ODRthe A/E shall report this promptly to the Owner, and upon concurrence of the Owner, the Contractor will be assessed the costs of the inspection and other Owner representatives as determined punch list preparation incurred by the A/E and the Owner, will jointly attend the Substantial Completion Inspection, which shall be conducted by the ODR or their delegate. Such warranty documents shall state the length of the warranty, which must comply with the Contract Documents.
(4) The Certificate of Substantial Completion shall be submitted by the A/E will provide with this certificate a list of punchlist items (the Pre-Final Punchlist) for completion prior to final inspection. This list may include items in addition to those on the Contractor's punchlist, which the inspection team deems necessary to correct or complete prior to Final Inspection. If the Owner occupies and Contractor for their written acceptance of responsibilities assigned to them in such Certificate.
(5) Except to the facility upon determination of Substantial Completionextent the Owner Representative otherwise approves in advance and in writing, the Contractor shall submit the following documents in order to achieve Substantial Completion: written warranties, guarantees, operation and maintenance manuals, and all complete as-built drawings. The Contractor must also provide or obtain any required approvals for occupancy. The Contractor is responsible for the guaranty of all corrective Work Work, whether performed by it or by its Subcontractors at the convenience of the Owner, without disruption to Owner’s use of the facility for its intended purposesany tier.

2.1.6.5.2. In the Contractor event A/E and other Owner representatives TFC conclude that the Work, or a discrete and identified phase thereof, has been performed or completed in accordance with the Construction Documents so as to be determined to be substantially complete, TFC shall promptly issue an appropriate Certificate of Substantial Completion as to the completed Work, as provided in UGC, Paragraph 12.1.1.2, and A/E shall promptly take all such steps as are required by TDLR, as TFC’s authorized agent, to ensure the Project is completed in compliance with applicable requirements of TDLR including, but not limited to, obtaining a passing inspection by the OwnerA/E’s Registered Accessibility Specialist.
2.1.6.5.2.1. Any provision in the foregoing to the contrary notwithstanding, will jointly attend A/E shall not recommend the Substantial Completion Inspection, which shall be conducted by the ODR or their delegate. Substantial Completion Inspection. 12.1.1.2 On the date requested by ContractorCM-at-Risk, or as mutually agreed upon pending the status of the open items listupon, the A/EAE, ODR, the Contractor CM-at-Risk and other Owner representatives as determined by the Owner, will jointly attend the Substantial Completion Inspection, which shall be conducted by the ODR or their delegate. If the ODR determines concurs with the AE and CM-at-Risk in a determination that the Work is Substantially Complete, the ODR will issue a Certificate of Substantial Completion to be signed by the A/EAE, Owner and ContractorCM-at-Risk, establishing the date of Substantial Completion, Completion and identifying responsibilities for security, maintenance, and insurance. A/E AE will provide with this certificate a list of punchlist items (the Pre-Final Punchlist) for completion prior to final inspection. This list may include items in addition to those on the ContractorCM-at-Risk's punchlist, which the inspection team deems necessary to correct or complete prior to Final Inspection. If the Owner occupies the facility upon determination of Substantial Completion, the Contractor CM-at-Risk shall complete all corrective Work at the convenience of the Owner, without disruption to Owner’s use of the facility for its intended purposes.

Substantial Completion Inspection. When the Contractor considers the entire Work or part thereof Substantially Complete, it shall notify the ODR OCM in writing that the Work will be ready for Substantial Completion Inspection inspection on a specific date. The Contractor shall include with this notice the Contractor’s Punchlist to indicate that it has previously inspected all the Work associated with the request for inspection, noting items it has corrected and included all remaining work items where possible, and includes all items with date scheduled for completion or correction prior to final inspection. The failure to include any items on this list does not alter the responsibility of the Contractor to complete all Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. If any of the items on this list prevents the facility Project from being used as intended, the Contractor shall not request a Substantial Completion Inspectioninspection. The Owner and its representatives will review the list of items and schedule the requested inspection, or inform the Contractor in writing that such an inspection is premature because the Work is not sufficiently advanced or conditions are not as represented on the Contractor's ’s list.
