Section 2.23(b) of the Company Disclosure Schedule lists the fifteen largest suppliers of the Company and its Subsidiaries, collectively, on the basis of cost of goods or services purchased for fiscal year 2009. Except as disclosed in Section 2.23(c) of the Company Disclosure Schedule, no such customer or supplier has ceased or materially reduced its purchases from or sales or provision of services to the Company and its Subsidiaries since January 1, 2009 or, to the Knowledge of the Company or its Subsidiaries, has threatened to cease or materially reduce such purchases or sales or provision of services after the date hereof.
