Retraining for Positions within the Hospital Where, with the benefit of retraining of up to six (6) months, an employee who has either accepted the layoff or who is unable to displace any other employee could be redeployed to a hospital position identified by the Redeployment Committee in accordance with Article 9.08(d)(i):
Treatment of Client Property Unless otherwise provided, the Contractor shall ensure that any adult client receiving services from the Contractor has unrestricted access to the client’s personal property. The Contractor shall not interfere with any adult client’s ownership, possession, or use of the client’s property. The Contractor shall provide clients under age eighteen (18) with reasonable access to their personal property that is appropriate to the client’s age, development, and needs. Upon termination of services to a client, the Contractor shall immediately release to the client and/or the client’s guardian or custodian all of the client’s personal property.
Protective Clothing and Equipment (a) The Employer shall provide and pay for all reasonable protective devices, clothing and other equipment necessary to properly protect Employees from injury and unhealthy conditions in the performance of their work. The Employer shall make provisions for the proper cleaning and maintenance of all safety equipment, devices and clothing at no cost to the Employees.
