(j) Propose annually a draft Budget to the Board upon recommendation of the Director´s Council;
(k) Provide strategic advice to the Board and the Director´s Council on all matters concerning the XXXX Project and its role in furthering world astronomy; and
(l) Perform such other tasks as requested by the Board.
