Substantive Changes. If Client requests or instructs Changes that amount to a revision in or near excess of ten percent (10%) of the time required to produce the Deliverables, and or the value or scope of the Services, Developer shall be entitled to submit a new and separate Proposal to Client for written approval. Substantive Changes refers to any and all major adverse changes which may affect the Target Company’s operation, management plan and capability, including but not limited to the changes about asset, debt, business, and employment of the Target Company;
Substantive Changes. The initialling version is subject to potential changes:
(a) to resolve any substantive matters that may arise as part of the legal and technical review as described in #1 above;
(b) to resolve any substantive matters that may remain outstanding at the time of initialling;
(c) as a result of the ongoing consultations as described in #3 below; and
(d) as a result of any outstanding internal reviews, including Kitsumkalum internal community consultations, between initialling and the start of the community ratification process.
Substantive Changes. Should substantive changes in the physical dimensions or design of classrooms, or furniture used in classrooms be made, the Union and Charter School agree to meet and review the provisions contained in this article. As new facilities or new space in existing facilities is used for classrooms, the class size for that facility or space shall be determined by student to classroom square footage ratios agreed upon in articles 17.1 and 17.2, provided however that maximum attendance in any such class shall be twenty-five (25) students. When irregular classroom space is used, class size shall be determined by mutual agreement between the parties.
Substantive Changes. (a) Should the Company make permanent (for a period of more than one
(1) year) substantive changes to the content of an existing job-function, the Company will give notice to the Union Representative of such change and will specify the rate established by the Company for such a modified job function.
(b) Should the Union and the Company not agree on the rate established by the Company, the Company shall institute the rate and the Union may be submitted to arbitration as outlined in Article 9 of this Agreement
(c) If no formal protest is lodged in writing to the Company by the Union within the fifteen (15) calendar days of the date of such notice, the new or changed occupational classification shall be deemed to have become a modification of Appendix "A" of this Agreement.
Substantive Changes. 1. Substitution of the Trustee for the Bank. All references in the Agreement to the “Bank” shall hereafter be references to the “Trust.”
