Substantive Law. All disputes shall be settled in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and all other agreements regarding its performance, otherwise in accordance with the substantive law in force in Germany, without reference to conflict of law rules. This Agreement will be executed in the English language, and the English version shall prevail if there is a dispute regarding the interpretation of a translated copy of this Agreement.
