Arizona Law Sample Clauses

Arizona Law. The Arizona law applies to this Contract including, where applicable, the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted by the State of Arizona and the Arizona Procurement Code, Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) Title 41, Chapter 23, and its implementing rules, Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) Title 2, Chapter 7.

Arizona Law. This Agreement is governed by Arizona law.

Arizona Law. This Data Agreement is made in the State of Arizona and shall be interpreted by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Data Agreement shall be brought in the Maricopa County Superior Court or the United States District Court, District of Arizona.
