SUBSTITUTE AND ADDED OPERATIONS. Substitute and added operations will be paid at Group 56 rate. However, if the quantity of parts to be produced in the opinion of the Company justifies the installation of an incentive standard, it will be installed and the employee will be paid at base rate, plus incentive.
