If you deposit a "substitute check" (as defined in Regulation CC § Section 229.2(aaa)) or a purported substitute check into your Account, you agree to reimburse us for losses, costs and expenses we may pay or incur associated with the item not meeting applicable substitute check standards and/or from duplicate payments associated with the item. If you provide us with an electronic representation of a substitute check for deposit into your account instead of an original check, you agree to reimburse us for losses, costs and expenses we may pay or incur associated with the substitute check resulting from the electronic representation not meeting applicable substitute check standards and/or from duplicate payments associated with the item. If you provide us with an electronic image or electronic information related to a paper check for deposit into your Account, you agree to reimburse us for losses, costs, and expenses we may pay or incur associated with the electronic image or information not meeting applicable standards for such images and/or from duplicate payment associated with the check.
