If you deposit a "substitute check" (as defined in Regulation CC § Section 229.2(aaa)) or a purported substitute check into your Account, you agree to reimburse us for losses, costs and expenses we may pay or incur associated with the item not meeting applicable substitute check standards and/or from duplicate payments associated with the item.
