Common use of Substitute or Interim Vessel Clause in Contracts

Substitute or Interim Vessel. The Administration may provide a temporary vessel or a vessel for future conversion to a Training Ship. This vessel may be adequate for pier side training but not for at sea training. Where an original request has been made by the Governor of the State, a further written request by the Governor is not necessary for a substitute or interim vessel.
