Substituting by Part-Time Teachers. The Board may employ part-time teachers as long term substitutes, and compensate them according to the schedule established for such assignments. Part-time teachers who substitute intermittently in addition to their regular duties will be paid at the rate specified in Schedule D of Appendix C, rather than at the regular substitute teacher rate.
