Common use of Substitution of Equipment Clause in Contracts

Substitution of Equipment. In the event the iPad is inoperable, JCSD has a limited number of spare iPads for use while the iPad is repaired or replaced. However, it cannot guarantee a loaner iPad will be available at all times. The agreement remains in effect for such a substitute.
