SUBSTITUTION OF OTHER PREMISES. Landlord shall have the right to move Tenant to other space in the Project substantially similar to the Premises, and all terms hereof shall apply to the new space with equal force. In such event, Landlord shall give Tenant prior notice, shall provide Tenant, at Landlord's sole cost and expense, with tenant improvements at least equal in quality to those in the Premises and shall move Tenant's effects to the new space at Landlord's sole cost and expense at such time and in such manner as to inconvenience Tenant as little as reasonably practicable. Simultaneously with such relocation of the Premises, the parties shall immediately execute an amendment to this Lease stating the relocation of the Premises. 23.

In such event, Landlord shall give Tenant prior notice, shall provide Tenant, at Landlord's sole cost and expense, with tenant improvements at least equal in quality to those in the Premises and shall move Tenant's effects to the new space at Landlord's sole cost and expense at such time and in such manner as to inconvenience Tenant as little as reasonably practicable.
