SUBSTITUTION OF THE VESSEL. The Owner shall at all times have the right to substitute any vessel for any other vessel of adequate power, type and capability for the intended services and shall be at liberty to supply a vessel belonging to others for the whole or part of the services under this Agreement. Provided, however, that the main particulars and capabilities of the substituted vessel shall be subject to the Hirer’s prior approval which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
