Services by the Consultant will be performed by the following person(s): The Agape Movement authorized staff and personnel Upon approval by the City, the Consultant may substitute other persons to perform the services. If substitution is permitted by the City, the Consultant shall provide information to the City's Contract Manager identified in the Notices section to allow proper review of the qualifications of the substituted person. No assignment of this Contract shall be permitted without the written amendment signed by the City and the Consultant.
