Subtask 3 – Connection Approval Process – FFP; O&M. The Contractor shall liaise with the customer on requests for network connection-approvals and user registrations. This includes working with the CCMD, Service or Agency to facilitate questions and answers with customers. The Contractor shall submit a monthly “Report on Connection Approval and User Registration Actions,” to document the Contractor’s specific actions in support of the customer on network connection approvals and user registrations.
