Subtenant May Remove Goods. At any time during the Term, the Subtenant may, if not in default hereunder, at the Subtenant’s expense, remove from the Subleased Premises any or all of the moveable goods and chattels placed on the Subleased Premises by the Subtenant provided that the following conditions are met:
