Correction of Personal Information 8. Within 5 business days of receiving a written direction from the Public Body to correct or annotate any personal information, the Contractor must annotate or correct the information in accordance with the direction.
Protection of Personal Information Party agrees to comply with all applicable state and federal statutes to assure protection and security of personal information, or of any personally identifiable information (PII), including the Security Breach Notice Act, 9 V.S.A. § 2435, the Social Security Number Protection Act, 9 V.S.A. § 2440, the Document Safe Destruction Act, 9 V.S.A. § 2445 and 45 CFR 155.260. Processing of Personal Data (a) SORACOM collects and processes personal data about the Subscriber, including name, e-mail, IP-address as well as data on data uses and billing data in order to provide SORACOM’s service and other purposes such as billing.
Removal of Personal Property All articles of personal property owned by Tenant or installed by Tenant at its expense in the Premises (including business and trade fixtures, furniture and movable partitions) shall be, and remain, the property of Tenant, and shall be removed by Tenant from the Premises, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, on or before the expiration or sooner termination of this Lease.
